This Vanilla Modican Chocolate bar is made with 50% organic cocoa from Peru and organic cane sugar. The vanilla comes from Mexico, where it still grows wild and is now the result of a variety of orchid. It gives the chocolate a delicate taste that perfectly matches with the tartness of the cocoa. With a 100 g. Orange Modican Chocolate bar you can prepare a delicious hot chocolate: in a saucepan put 250 ml. of water and the chocolate bar in pieces. Put on the stove and bring to boil whisking. Turn off as soon as a dense reddish lather comes up. Three servings (in cups).
