This Natural Modican Chocolate bar is made with 50% organic cocoa from Peru and organic cane sugar. It is not flavored in order to fully appreciate the richness of flavors and aromas of cocoa. With a 100 g. Natural Modican Chocolate bar you can prepare a delicious hot chocolate: in a saucepan put 250 ml. of water and the chocolate bar in pieces. Put on the stove and bring to boil, whisking. Turn off as soon as a dense reddish lather comes up. Three servings (in cups).
