The Chili Pepper Modican Chocolate bar is made with 50% organic cocoa from the Dominican Republic, organic cane sugar, and Sicilian organic chili pepper. With a 100 g. Chili Pepper Modican Chocolate bar you can prepare a delicious hot chocolate: in a saucepan put 250 ml. of water and the chocolate bar in pieces. Put on the stove and bring to boil whisking. Turn off as soon as a dense reddish lather comes up. Three servings (in cups). Moreover, it is an excellent aid for bronchitis and colds.
